Benchmark for Excellence - Celebrating 21 Years of ACA International Blueprint Quality Management System^®

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that they have successfully renewed their ACA Blueprint Quality Management System^® certification.  This is the management system and hallmark of ConServe’s quality assurance capabilities based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of industry-specific professional practices and policies.  The Blueprint certification helps companies reduce errors, enhance communication, adhere to industry standards, and improve their bottom line.

In 2021, ACA International launched a campaign to rebrand their Professional Practices Management System^™ (PPMS) certification to provide agencies with additional support, improve marketing efforts regarding certification benefits, align certification with other compliance programs (SOC, PCI, CFPB, etc.), and improve and streamline training and reference material.  ACA’s Blueprint Quality Management System^® program features 18 basic elements related to the overall management of business and methods to improve and support business activities and Client confidence.
