Benchmark for Excellence – Celebrating 21 Years of ACA International Blueprint Quality Management System®

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that they have successfully renewed their ACA Blueprint Quality Management System® certification.  This is the management system and hallmark of ConServe’s quality assurance capabilities based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of industry-specific professional practices and policies.  The Blueprint certification helps companies reduce errors, enhance communication, adhere to industry standards, and improve their bottom line.

In 2021, ACA International launched a campaign to rebrand their Professional Practices Management System™ (PPMS) certification to provide agencies with additional support, improve marketing efforts regarding certification benefits, align certification with other compliance programs (SOC, PCI, CFPB, etc.), and improve and streamline training and reference material.  ACA’s Blueprint Quality Management System® program features 18 basic elements related to the overall management of business and methods to improve and support business activities and Client confidence.

Developing and documenting a Blueprint is the core of the ACA International Agency Certification program.  The complexity and amount of documentation required for the Blueprint will vary by each individual agency’s size, services and resources.  While each agency’s Blueprint will be unique according to that particular agency’s needs, by following the overall guidelines of the program, the agency will demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance and client satisfaction that is the foundation of the ACA agency certification designation.
