Cutting Edge Training Program Earns Top Honors

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces their recognition by Chief Learning Officer magazine as a LearningElite Gold Organization. Chief Learning Officer magazine’s LearningElite program honors organizations that have distinguished themselves with exceptional learning and development curriculums. The robust, peer-developed benchmarking program recognizes organizations that employ exemplary workforce development strategies to deliver significant business results that benefit their organization, their industry and the learning and development field as a whole.

The winners are determined via a panel of independent judges which includes senior practitioners, learning-solution providers, suppliers, vendor executives and learning and development experts. Each application is reviewed by multiple judges and the judges do not review applications from organizations within their own industry.

Judges are given a detailed set of instructions and a scoring rubric to assist them in rating an organization in each of the five dimensions of the LearningElite model: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results. For each question, judges assign each question a score from 2 (underdeveloped) to 5 (elite). The judge scores are then aggregated to determine the ranked list of LearningElite organizations.
