COHEAO Appoints Michelle Hartmann to the Board of Directors

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe is pleased to announce that Michelle Hartmann, Vice President of Sales has been appointed to serve on the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations (COHEAO) Board of Directors and will serve as the Internal Operations Co-Chair, Communication Chair. This is a two-year appointed position that has formally begun on February 11, 2021.
COHEAO has served as a partnership for campus-based programs for more than 40 years and is ultimately responsible for keeping colleges and universities connected in a transparent and highly effective manner. COHEAO provides opportunities for networking and professional development through its conferences, webinars and task forces with a focus on compliance, legislative and regulatory issues.
For more than 35 years, ConServe has provided third party collection services to higher education institutions and is a longstanding member of COHEAO. Michelle Hartmann said, “I’m excited to be representing ConServe and joining the COHEAO Board of Directors. I strongly believe in COHEAO’s advocacies to preserve and improve campus-based programs, thereby providing student with access to Federal campus-based programs to help them achieve their higher education goals.”
