| Full Collection Services |
| ConServe offers a full complement of full collection services tailored to the needs of our Clients. Each Client will be assigned to
a Business Development Manager who will work with your staff and ConServe
staff to design and implement the most effective debt recovery strategy. |
| The dramatic success of our collection operation has been built upon the understanding that to be effective, our
debt counselors must be successful salespeople. Every ConServe debt
counselor must literally sell each debtor on the benefits of paying their debts. They often must be real time problem solvers, helping even the most recalcitrant accounts to find a solution to the outstanding debt in a way that preserves a sense of control and individual self-esteem. |
| By combining this personalized approach with diligent and methodical follow up methods, supported in part by strong investment in our state of the art technology, we have been able to consistently achieve the highest recovery rates in the nation within an environment of extremely low debtor complaints. |
| In order to consistently achieve these high collection recovery rates, ConServe adheres to a proven collection philosophy that assists debtors to satisfy their debts quickly and in the best interests of our Clients. |
| Our first objective is to secure full payment, if possible and appropriate. If a problem exists, we will try to secure an initial payment of at least 50% of the balance due and then arrange for a weekly or monthly payment schedule that is both realistic and mutually acceptable. |
| Where appropriate, we will define settlement of an account, supported by current account information and relevant correspondence and subject to Client approval. Where protests exist, we will secure and submit all relevant account information for your review. |
| ConServe can respond to specific, on going Client communication requirements with a variety of standard and customized reports. Our standard reports feature an industry accepted format detailing new account placements, collections, cancels and returns, actuarial data and inventory status reports. Our computers feature state of the art query capability to make statistical reporting available to you on an ad hoc basis. |
| You and your staff are invited to visit our new facilities and review the progress of your accounts at any time. Our customer service representatives and our management staff will be available to you to review progress and resolve any problems that may arise. |

| Skip Tracing |
| We can not stress enough the importance of getting good and current information about your account holders. However, the mobility of the debtor population makes skip tracing expertise a critical factor in effectively collecting accounts. And, ConServe has developed one of the most sophisticated skip tracing staffs in the service debt industry. |
| Our goal is to persistently piece together more and more information in order to zero in on where the debtor lives, works and where his/her assets are located. |
| To accomplish our goals, we utilize a number of proven tools: |

- Public, private and proprietary address search firms and sources
- National Credit Repositories
- Voter Registration Offices

| Pre-Collect |
| Before an account is turned over to an agency, there are many steps that can be taken to contact the account to underscore the importance of satisfying the debt all under the identity of your own organization. ConServe can offer a variety of post transaction services, including: targeted mail and telephone campaigns with If/Then scenarios all customized to your needs. At this stage, the Client gets all collected monies, but is responsible for arbitrating account disputes.

| By paying a set fee for services, you may be able to save some money by reducing the cost for collection. But, more importantly, you may get feedback that could assist in preventing future delinquencies. ConServe also gains early and, many times, valuable information about the account that will help us to become even more successful should that account be turned over to us for full collection.

| Voice Intervention |
| Voice only contact with clients can be similarly customized to your needs. You have the option of outlining single or multiple contacts, with customized scripts and defined contact intervals. By utilizing the advanced technology of our Integrated Information Center (IIC), your account holders will be able to automatically make payment arrangements over the phone. Those arrangements can automatically be accepted or rejected according to minimum requirements established by the Client.

| Outsourcing |
| ConServe staff is available to work directly with our Clients, performing many critical collection tasks for our Client organizations. ConServe staff can work onsite or offsite, performing the daily tasks of the collection process as well as designing and implementing direct mail or telephone campaigns. In this way, Clients can take advantage of the expertise of our staff and the productivity enhancements offered by our integrated computer and telephony technology.

| Training |
| ConServe can conduct collection technique workshops for our current and prospective Clients and their staff. These workshops will cover effective collection techniques and are developed with you to properly address specific industry and Client issues affecting your organization. These workshops were derived from our own internal training courses developed for our own
debt counselors. As a Certified Instructor for ACA International, the
Association of Credit Collection Professionals, Mark Davitt, president of ConServe, has been active in delivering the training leading to Certified Collector status as recognized by
ACA International.

| Receivable Management Consulting |
