Our interactive ConServe University® provides training on collection strategies, skip tracing tools, telephone etiquette, and motivational techniques. Our Certified ACA instructor conducts all of our training programs. Our ConServe University® program is customizable to meeting the specific needs of our Clients and is a service that we provide complimentary.

Online Resource Center
With Client satisfaction as our top priority, ConServe University® has launched an Online Resource Center to benefit our Clients. The ConServe University® Online Resource Center provides information on the following categories as well includes helpful links to websites that benefit our Clients.

ConServe Flash Announcements are email updates regarding relevant industry information collected from a variety of resources, including ACA International, insideARM, NACUBO, COHEAO, NCHER, NCUA, CUNA and NAFCU.
ConServe is a member of numerous national and regional professional organizations. As a regular contributor to and participant in these organizations we have immediate access to information on the latest rule changes and industry trends, including Federal and state regulatory updates.

ConServe publishes an electronic newsletter, "ConServe Connections", which keeps our Clients updated on industry happenings. In our newsletter you will find updates on ConServe news, conferences, regulation updates, and best practice sharing.
ConServe has officially joined the social media revolution. We have been following you on LinkedIn and Twitter and now you can follow ConServe and keep up with the latest industry news. We have created a LinkedIn Group of all ConServe University® Alumni. Through this group you can continue 'Bridging the Gap' conversations and network with your friends and your peers nationwide.
Consumer Contact Cards
ConServe's Consumer Contact Cards provides your staff with a tool to effectively communication with consumers that have been sent to collections. The Contact Card provides a toll-free telephone number that directs consumers to communicate directly with our Debt Counselors and an option to make a payment online.
