Rochester, N.Y. – Pamela Murphy, Vice President of Compliance at Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, is among those being recognized by Collection Advisor magazine as a Compliance Guru of 2015. Being credited for having the ability to maintain consistent professionalism and performance amidst a sea of complaints, potential lawsuits and increasing government regulation and legislation, Pam was selected from among a large pool of qualified applicants. The selection committee identified Pam as a leader in her field: effectively implementing the principles of compliance in everything she manages, including teaching compliance courses, establishing a corporate culture of compliance and working with trade organizations to develop guidelines and influence regulators. Her contributions to the industry were considered exceptional.

Mark Davitt, President and CEO of ConServe, remarks "the dynamic landscape of changing legislation and increasing regulation in the collection industry creates a demanding environment in which we operate.  Pam's expertise, experience and professionalism allow ConServe to excel in such conditions.  As a member of ConServe's Executive Team, Pam's leadership provides our valued employees with the training and guidance that allows them to be successful.  This empowerment translates to the attainment of excellent performance goals for our valued Clients.  And, to our committed team of talented professionals who, every day, dedicate themselves to doing the right thing, at the right time, the right way, Pam serves as a wonderful role-model, mentor and visionary." Further, Davitt would like to extend his congratulations to Pam and all of her fellow compliance champions for their impactful influence on the collections industry.
