ConServe Mobile Application Gets Enhanced Features

Android and iOS Options Offer Consumers More Functionality

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, has released the second phase of its ConServe Mobile application according to schedule.  Version 1.1 of the mobile app effectively streamlines the technology and improves the user-friendliness of the consumer-facing screens.  Additionally, the new version provides enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities that will translate to increased consumer satisfaction.

In line with the original release, the ConServe Mobile app allows users to view their account balances, make payments and schedule payment reminders after creating a new user profile:  a quick and simple process that only requires an email address, account number and a corresponding zip code to get started. If a consumer has more than one account, the ConServe Mobile app will automatically link their accounts for additional ease of use.
