Jeans For Charity Matching Gift Program Funds Local Agencies

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, prides itself on doing the right thing. Doing the right thing, at the right time, the right way is their motto – it rolls off the tongues of their dedicated and focused employees.  ConServe's Jeans For Charity program, an ongoing effort in which ConServe employees can elect to participate in monthly charitable donations in exchange for the option of wearing jeans to work, is likewise focused on doing the right thing.  The program provides employees with a way to support varied agencies and organizations throughout the year with the recipients changing each month.  Additionally, the funds raised by the employees' generosity is supplemented by the organization's Matching Gift Program - symbolizing ConServe's commitment to good corporate citizenship.

Heather Harper of Unyts notes "ConServe has been a wonderful supporter of Unyts for many years and Unyts is extremely appreciative of their continued support! Since 2011, we have collected 429 units of blood, donated by ConServe's generous employees, helping to save up to 1,287 lives of local patients."  She adds "their employees have supported our full mission and helped to raise money to support our Donor for Life program."  ConServe was recently presented with a Donate Life plaque from Unyts in recognition of their longstanding partnership.

"The support that ConServe and its employees provide to both Unyts and the Mental Health Associations of Rochester and Erie County are just a few examples of our organization's commitment to advocate for and reinforce the positive work that these groups perform within our local economies." said ConServe's Public Relations and Communication Manager, Stacy Bartl.
