ConServe's Matching Gift Initiative Supports Law Enforcement and Educational Foundation

Jeans For Charity Program Helps the Badge Of Honor Association & ACA International Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship

Rochester, N.Y. – Giving back to the community is a top priority at the Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe.  The company's Jeans For Charity program, in which ConServe employees can elect to participate in monthly charitable donations in exchange for the option of wearing jeans to work, provides employees with a way to support varied, local agencies and organizations as part of the company's commitment "to help improve the human condition."  Additionally, the funds raised by the employees' generosity is supplemented by the organization's Matching Gift Program - symbolizing ConServe's commitment to good corporate citizenship. The recipients of April's charitable donations were the Badge Of Honor Association and the ACA International Education Foundation's Loomer Mortensen Scholarship.

Justin Collins, President and Founder of the Badge Of Honor Association states "On behalf of myself and the entire of Badge of Honor Association, we sincerely thank the men and women of Conserve for their generous donation and continued support. In an age where Law Enforcement is continually under intense scrutiny, it's nice to know we have partners and supporters in the community like Mark Davitt and the good people that make up the Conserve team."

Stacy Bartl, Manager of ConServe's Public Relations and Communications, emphasizes that "at ConServe, all our work demonstrates character, integrity and respect.  Our steadfast pledge of doing the right thing, at the right time, the right way is our team's way of bringing about positive change.  We are resolute in our commitment to supporting our community."

"It is clear that ConServe is focused on making a difference through their sustained philanthropic support of the Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship," said Richard Doane, Chair of the ACA Education Foundation Board of Directors. "With this commitment, we are able to provide this scholarship program dedicated to advancing the higher education of students connected to the credit and collection industry."

About ConServe's Jeans For Charity Program

ConServe's Jeans For Charity initiative began in 2008 when the team's employees had an idea to launch a program that would provide a way for the company's mission of "improving the human condition" to coordinate with the organization's commitment of giving back to their community.  ConServe employees are given the opportunity to participate in monthly charitable donations in exchange for having the option of dressing down and wearing jeans to work for the entire month. The funds raised by the employees' generosity are supplemented by the organization's Matching Gift Program - symbolizing ConServe's commitment to good corporate citizenship. This ongoing initiative, which has inspired countless replications throughout the region, is just one of the ways in which ConServe supports varied and diverse community agencies and organizations.
