ConServe Receives 2014 GRQC Operations Excellence Award

The Greater Rochester Quality Council presents ConServe with the Gold Award in Operations Excellence
Rochester, N.Y.- Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, was selected by the Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC) as this year's Gold level Award winner in the Business Operations Excellence Category. The GRQC is an affiliate of the Rochester Business Alliance. ConServe was selected as a finalist for the award as the result of a formal application and interview process. Subsequently, GRQC judges spent an afternoon at ConServe's Corporate Headquarters in Rochester conducting interviews with department leaders to gain a deeper understanding of their customer business processes, operations initiatives and future goals.

The Greater Rochester Quality Council presents the awards as a way to discover, recognize, and learn from high-performing organizations in the Greater Rochester area. ConServe was joined by numerous local businesses, agencies and organizations at the GRQC Annual Showcase and Awards Presentation held on October 7, 2013 at Locust Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y.
