Rochester, N.Y. - ConServe, is pleased to announce that they have been recognized as top performing collection team by The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service for the period April 2012 - June 2012. ConServe was selected to be one of four Private Collection Agencies who assists FMS in the collection of non-tax debts owed to the Federal Government.
