ConServe, a collection industry leader, has immediate openings for FT Debt Counselors and other PT positions available to recover education debt for the Federal Government and other Clients. Our Debt Counselors manage and collect delinquent accounts, working ethically with consumers to resolve their debt.

At ConServe, we proudly refer to our agents as Debt Counselors. As an integral part of our philosophy, we attack the debt, not the debtor. This unique approach creates a consultative forum in which ConServe Debt Counselors work with consumers to identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of all parties.

• Experience in Collections, Sales, Customer Service, and Call Centers is preferred, but not necessary. Onsite training provided.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Collectors are required to work 2 nights per week and 2 Saturdays per month.

Sales Positions: ConServe seeks individuals with backgrounds in our industry or our markets served to take our message to our prospective Clients. The responsibilities for sales representatives include identifying prospects for our services, thoroughly investigating their current and future needs, and working with Client service and management staff to develop solutions.

Service Positions: Our Client service staff is responsible for daily and special communications with Clients, identifying their wants and needs and implementing strategies to achieve those objectives. These staff members represent the needs of our Clients to our internal management and technical staff.
