For 25 years our sole focus has been the Higher Education collections market.  Every day we counsel and learn from leading collection professionals from around the country -- and the knowledge is priceless.

That's why we established ConServe University, a free industry training collaboration with ConServe and our College and University partners.  ConServe University brings industry experts together to share best practices and to explore proven methods of success.  The curriculum is delivered via one-day seminars held at various locations across the country.

The Curriculum

Our regional seminars feature a variety of topics taught by certified ACA and PPMS Instructors.  Here are just a few of the topics that are covered:

  • Training on collection strategies
  • Guidelines for a successful collection call
  • Skip tracing tips and techniques
  • Telephone and email etiquette
  • Motivational techniques
  • The art of negotiating
  • Networking and best practices

The Instructors

An ACA (Association of Credit and Collection Professionals,) instructor conducts all ConServe University training programs.  In addition, each seminar will feature industry experts as guest speakers.

The Students

Our ConServe University program also provides colleges and universities with a forum to share success stories and best practices.  Our roundtables and breakout sessions put you in touch with other collection experts from around the country.
