“As a parent and husband, schedules change week to week. As long as I fit in my two late nights & two weekends per month, my work schedule requirements are met. Therefore, if something is going on a Tuesday night, like my daughter’s soccer game, I can schedule time to be there to cheer her on due to ConServe’s flexible scheduling.

In addition, ConServe’s bonus opportunity has afforded my family the ability for my wife to stay home with our kids. When I first arrived at ConServe from the banking industry, I had no collection experience. However, by working hard & meeting my commitments, I have become a Manager of my 2nd department within three years.
