Timothy Booker 

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Booker has more than 26 years of collection industry experience. His contract management experience includes assignments in Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin, and New York, as well as throughout the Great Lakes region.

Mr. Booker started his career with Financial Collection Agencies as a collector and was eventually promoted to area supervisor responsible for three offices in New York State. He served as vice president of Management Adjustment Bureau for seven years and served as executive vice president for an additional four years before joining ConServe in 1998.

Mr. Booker attended the State University of New York at Cortland and the University of Buffalo, with a concentration in business management. He is an ACA Professional Collection Specialist and a member of the Western New York Credit Association.
