Pamela Kelleher 

Vice President, Privacy and Compliance Officer

Ms. Kelleher joined ConServe in 1993 as a legal manager and was promoted to compliance officer in 2001.  In her capacity as Compliance Officer, Pamela was instrumental in leading the efforts for ConServe to achieve PPMS certification. In 2004, Ms. Kelleher was promoted to Vice President, Privacy & Compliance Officer and oversees both Compliance & Training.

Ms. Kelleher was awarded the Scholar and Fellow degree in Collection Business Management from ACA International.  Additionally, she is an ACA Professional Collection Specialist, ACA Certified Instructor, ACA Higher Education Collection Specialist, and an approved ACA PPMS Instructor.

Ms. Kelleher received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Alfred University.
