Pamela D. Baird, Esq.

Ms. Baird joined ConServe in 2007.  Prior to joining ConServe, Ms. Baird represented creditors and debt collectors nationwide for collections litigation and FDCPA and FCRA Defense.  Her memberships include the Monroe County Bar Association, ACA International and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.

Ms. Baird received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

Ms. Baird recently served a three year term on ACA International’s Member’s Attorney Program Committee.
