Mark Davitt

President

Over 30 years, Mark Davitt has touched nearly every aspect of the educational collections process. 

As a past President of the American Collectors Association (ACA International) and past Associate Bursar of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mr. Davitt is uniquely positioned in the industry, he understands  the challenges that universities face with accounts receivable management and he understands the logistics of collecting itself. 

Mr. Davitt chaired the National Legislative Council (NLC) for four years and the American Collectors Political Action Committee (ACPAC) for two years. He's also appeared numerous times on CNBC television network as an expert on the collection business and collection-related issues. 

Mr. Davitt remains extremely active in industry organizations, he currently serves on the board of directors for ACA International and the New York State Collector’s Association Inc.
